Art Basel Miami 2023

Led a multi-year partnership with Crocs, delivering a dynamic blend of animated videos, custom footwear, Web3 engagement, and live events. Collaborated with the Crocs team, meticulously crafted and present mood boards, mockups, and designs for a range of assets, from footwear to event layouts. Executed all digital artwork, from animations to printed vinyl, and took charge of on-site management, ensuring seamless execution from setup to teardown. One of the standout successes was the viral “Croc Boss” video, which amassed over 2.9 million views, marking the partnership as a major success in the digital space.

DUMB DREAMS AND MESSY HANDS EXHIBITION

Acting Producer for the highly acclaimed “Dumb Dreams and Messy Hands” exhibition at the prestigious K11 Art Museum in Shanghai. This ambitious project, two years in the making, involved collaborating with international teams to bring Coolman Media’s characters to life through cutting-edge design, hand-drawn patterns, animations, sculptures, and immersive room installations. Worked hand-in-hand with Museum Directors to fine-tune every aspect, from event design to the final sculptures. The exhibition set record-breaking attendance numbers, leading to ongoing invitations for future collaborations, further cementing Coolman Media’s reputation in the global art scene.

An unforgettable week-long activation for Coolman Media at Art Basel Hong Kong, designing several installations, murals, and merchandise. Successfully managed seven high-profile activations throughout the city, including a custom-wrapped two-story tram, a 98-foot digital billboard, and branded apparel, despite a tight two-month timeline. The tour became a cultural milestone, leaving a lasting impact on the city and establishing Coolman Media on the international stage as a leading creative force.

Orchestrated Coolman Media’s surprise event at 368 Gallery in Soho, New York, a dazzling display of art, animation, and live performance. The innovative "Wake Up Babe, Coolman’s Painting Again" event unfolded in two stages—starting with a gallery reveal and seamlessly transitioning into Coolman’s Speakeasy, featuring interactive animations, photobooths, and a live band. Managed all logistics on-site, ensuring flawless execution from setup to teardown. The event garnered exceptional feedback and further solidified Coolman Media’s position in the art and creative worlds.

Diplo’s Higher Ground Festival Activation

Miami Music Week 2023

Served as the sole Producer for Coolman Media’s activation at Diplo’s Higher Ground Music Festival in Miami. Directed the recreation of the iconic “Spesh’s Room” animation, overseeing an on-the-ground team to transform the concept into a physical, immersive experience. Worked directly with event organizers and partners, managing production logistics and greeting guests. The activation was a resounding success, with extensive media coverage and brand recognition.

Premier Screening of “Gentleman Bear”

New York, NY 2022

Produced and curated the premier screening of the “Gentleman Bear” animated film, which attracted a massive audience. Designed immersive experiences with custom cut-outs, vinyl installations, red-carpet backdrops, and interactive elements that engaged attendees from start to finish. Managed event logistics, guest relations, and vendor coordination, fostering a welcoming environment that left attendees excited for future projects. The screening received rave reviews and significantly strengthened the Coolman Media brand.
